The weekend's here again. Whoop! ^_^ Here's what you might have missed this week.

• Omotola Covers TW Magazine: Tagged a 'Baaaaad mama-jamma!', Omotola Jolade Ekeinde looks stunning on the cover of the September issue of TW magazine.

• BET announced the list of nominees for this years Hip Hop Awards holding on October 9th. Kanye West led with 17 nominations.

• A French magazine, Closer, published topless photos of Kate Middleton on a private vacation

• D'banj Featured on 'The Morning' a song by Pusha-T off Good Music's new Album Cruel Summer.

• Wizkid featured on Kardinal Offishal's new song 'Repping for my city'

Just incase you missed them, here are the topics that were on everyone's lips this week.

Premiership/ El-classico: The premiership returned for its 2012/2013 season with a bang! Everyone once again had a reason to argue on twitter (-_-) and wave opinions on their favourite premiership teams in our faces like the first set of matches determined the winner at the end of the day. Later in the week, we saw Barcelona clinch a 3-2 winner over Real Madrid (as it should be) in the first leg of their super cup clash. 

Kukere Remix: Inyanya released the remix of his hit song 'Kukere' which featured Le kokomaster D'banj. The song got mixed reviews but most people thought it was trash. :(

Uh-oh! Wizkid reacts to the D'banj tweet.

We posted yesterday about the alleged tweet Wizkid sent to D'banj insulting him. Well, Wiz  wasn't too happy when he heard about allegation and took to twitter to hit back at those who started the rumour, He tweeted 'OK Nigeria's official Twitter account saying "*used to have a lot of respect for u guys but y'all just proved a bunch of fools run ur shit!..get ur facts right!.*" 

He went on to tweet ''Don't owe no1 nothing...Dbanj is a friend nd a big bro 2 me..nd I'm way toooooo grown to tweet that shit!...Get it!!.."

Apparently, Wizkid insulted D'banj on social networking site Twitter but the tweet looks fake to me, really, anything can be edited these days.

Davido Denies Being Signed Under D'banj's Record Label

Fast rising singer Davido denies being signed under renowned musician D'banj's record label. The singer, best known for his 'Dami Duro' denied allegations of being signed under D'banj, the newest member of American star Kanye West's G.O.O.D Music record label. He was quoted as saying, in an interview with Sunday Independent newspaper: "I am not signed under his label at the moment. We are working together and he has business for me and we will see what the future holds" , affirming the fact that despite his probable collaboration with D'banj, he is still very much an independent artiste. The 19-year old 300 Level student of Babcock University, who recently launched his debut album, O.B.O, co-runs his HKN label alongside his cousins and label mates Shina Rambo and B Red.

D'banj missing on the cover of Complex Magazine..turns out he's inside.

G.O.O.D music artists covered the August/September issue of 'Complex Magazine'. The cover featured Kanye west, Common, John Legend, 2chainz, Big sean, Kid cudi and Pusha T. Others such as D'banj, Mr Hudson and Teyana Taylor were featured inside the magazine.
