Ghanaian actress Nadia Buari recently lost some weight (She lost 10kg in 6 months) and shared on twitter how she did.
She told a fan it was no secret, all she did was;
-Eat more fruits and Veggies (greens)
-Low carb (carbohydrate) meals
-Lots of water and of course
-Yoga
She added "jogging, Pilates four times a week and daily exercises with regular change of diet" in a recent interview.
